Pierre’s work focuses on resolving issues related to human function and performance. He works with all kinds of challenges, ranging from persistent pain, back injuries, postural complaints, movement issues, musculoskeletal injuries, organ and gland health, to low energy and fatigue, to sport specific fitness goals and athletic performance optimisation.
Pierre is a licensed Chek Practitioner Lvl 3.

He takes a holistic view of the body – appreciating that there are many lenses to view the body, and there can be many different drivers to certain body / mind complaints. With this approach, Pierre has been able to offer results to certain clients where traditional approaches of physiotherapy have not been successful.
Pierre offers a private studio space in which his clients can learn and gain an understanding of their own health and body, and mentors them to achieving their goals and aspirations.

Pierre works with clients for a minimum of 12 weeks. This allows you to experience positive change and create real foundations upon which optimal health and movement can be built upon.
Commitment options vary from 12 weeks, 6 months, & 12 months. After your assessment, Pierre will be able to recommend an appropriate commitment option.
Session frequency options are either 1 session per week, or 2 or 3 sessions per week.
