I’m Nathan, I’m a qualified Chek practitioner. This means I use a holistic approach to your health and fitness built on three key themes: corrective exercise, lifestyle management and coaching.

Since we are all as different on the inside as we are on the inside my goal is to educate you on how to eat, move and be healthy for your unique needs… what works for others isn’t always what works for you.
Seeing as a single cell in the human body has more technology than a formula one race car, I want to use my extensive knowledge to in biomechanics and nutrition to finally answer the question you’ve been asking all along… “what is the best thing for me right now to get the results I want?”.
