First I need to do a assessment to find out all about you. This will give me important information to design a exercise and nutrition and lifestyle program for you. If I don't assess you I am guessing about your program.
The assessment is a very detailed and through approach and is 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration. In the assessment I find out what you want to achieve/ your goals, look at your posture, check the way you move, strength testing, your range of motion and find out another lifestyle considerations to be the best version of yourself.
