Coach Rachel Baker

Live Your Best Life

Coach Rachel has extensive experience in racing endurance events and training endurance athletes. As a former Team USA athlete and top level ultramarathoner, Rachel had to learn how to take care of her body, mind, and emotions to stay healthy. To train is one thing, to race and compete is another. This level of dedication and resiliency is unique to a subset of  warriors on this planet. 

Rachel has over 22 years of experience with injury rehabilitation and prevention for endurance sports, surfing, Jiu Jitsu, SUP surfing, and other sports. She has experienced her own pain, helped others with theirs, and has overcome more than most in this lifetime. 

As a parent of two, Rachel has also had to learn how to work with balancing her own life with the requirements of 2 other lives. Thus, teaching her more about how to help her clients with work~life balance, health and well being, mental/emotional health, and spiritual healing. 

When the student is ready, the teacher appears. When you are willing and devoted to finally do what it takes to rise to the next level, Rachel is your lady.
