I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, viewing the body as a βsystem of systemsβ in which all components are interconnected. My aim is to improve overall quality of life by enhancing mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, power, and long-term health.
βYou donβt need to be an athlete or have a sports injury to benefit from my services. I work with people of all ages and abilitiesβfrom international and competitive athletes across a wide range of sports, to individuals managing everyday aches, injuries, or movement limitations. I also have experience working with children through to older adults with more general, non-sport-related physical concerns.
