Golf Performance Conditioning (In person)

This program allows golfers of all levels to play the sport longer, improving mobility, strength, stamina, mental focus & clarity, driving distance, and confidence. I will also reduce chronic pains associated with the game specifically in the spine, hips, shoulders, knees & ankles.

The Golf Performance Program is broken down into four phases:

1. Mobility & Stretching – Promote full range of joint movement and lengthen short tight muscles.

2. Static & Dynamic Stability – Build up core strength and eliminate unwanted body movement during swing phases.

3. Strength – Build strength using functional exercise methodologies around flexible joints to improve distance, stamina, and mental focus.

4. Power – Supercharge your game by increasing driving range again. This will be the BEST you have ever felt.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (Online & In-Person)

Massage Therapy (In-person)

Massage has never been so popular. Our lives continue to involve and take on more stress due to work, home, school, and the environment.
The manipulation of soft tissue produces a positive effect on many of our body systems, both physically and mentally, in addition to flushing toxins from cells, rebalancing tight muscles,
releasing trigger points, and making you feel absolutely fantastic afterwards!
• Deep Tissue for specific area of tightness and pain – Includes trigger therapy for excessively tight areas.
• Sports Massage for specific sports related musculature issues.
• Cupping – Using vacuum suction massage pods to manipulate muscle fascia and compress muscle tissue to improve blood flow and reduce muscle tension.
• Rapid Tension Relief – Thera guns to produce therapeutic vibrations that are applied to the skin with the help of a variety of massage gun attachments for specific regions on the body.
• CBD cream – CBD massage oil contains hemp which conditions the skin making it supple and soft. Not only does this help you feel better and more relaxed after the massage, but it can also help with skin conditions and help you sleep more soundly. People who suffer from skin conditions, such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, or even just dry skin, can benefit from this product.

Assisted Stretch Therapy (In-person)

With so many people working or socializing sitting behind a computer or looking into a cell phone with their heads bowed, it is no wonder our posture and muscles are out of sync. This can lead to a variety of body mechanical issues ranging from acute and chronic pain, headaches (including migraines), overusing pain medication, stress, anxiety and a lack of quality sleep.

Assisted Stretch Therapy can be beneficial in treating a variety of conditions, including muscle tightness, reduce lower back pain, ease the pain of migraines & chronic headaches and neck & shoulder tension. It can be extremely beneficial for improving sports performance regardless of age and skill level.
