I am a licensed CHEK Practitioner. Credentials are HLC 2, IMS 3 and Golf Performance Specialist. My dream is to empower people to live more fulfilling lives through increased connection, consciousness and longevity practices. I am an avid surfer, snowboarder and all-around sportsman. I will help you integrate the appropriate amount of training to reach any goal.
