As a former division 1 athlete whose career was cut short due to back and knee injuries, I have dedicated my life to helping clients get out of chronic pain through an integrative, holistic approach.
Being a high level athlete for most of my life, I began my coaching journey at Fitness quest 10 in San Diego, where I focused on sports performance, training high school and collegiate athletes. I soon transitioned my career to a full time holistic health practitioner, running my own coaching business as a level 3 Chek Practitioner and Level 2 holistic lifestyle coach. Specializing in injury rehabilitation.
I coach each client as a unique individual, never treating the symptoms, but digging into the root cause of their pain. Creating custom corrective exercise programs based off a comprehensive kinetic chain assessment, and focused on changing key lifestyle factors that may be contributing to the pain.
I offer both in person, and online 1 on 1 coaching.
