Greetings! I am so happy you stopped by and am looking forward to connecting with you soon. I grew up in a family that deeply valued health, community, and harmony. I am on a mission to help individuals and communities embrace healthy habits and practices that create thriving pockets of wellness and vitality. After a professional surf career from 2007-2011, I went on a journey to discover my mission in life and after years of traveling and humanitarian trips, I went back to college at Biola University and graduated in 2016 with an Intercultural Studies degree. Since then I have studied at the CHEK Institute, the world’s premier leader in Scientific Movement training and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. I now train, teach and coach in Laguna Beach, CA.
